MOTOGRAM

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

By creating a Motogram account you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who may use Motogram

You must be 18 or older. Motogram is a motorcycling community, and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act treats anyone under 18 as a child whose data may only be processed with verifiable parental consent — so the app is not open to under-18s at all. You sign in with a Google account, or with Apple on an iPhone, and pick a @username that is yours alone. One account per person, and you are responsible for everything done from it, so keep that sign-in secure.

2. Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it you give Motogram permission to store it and show it to the riders you meant it for — nothing more. We claim no ownership and will not license your photos or posts to anyone else.

3. What is not allowed

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. SOS and live location — read this

Motogram is not an emergency service. The SOS feature notifies other Motogram riders. It does not call the police, an ambulance, or any official responder, and it depends entirely on your phone having signal and battery and on another rider being nearby and looking at their phone. In a real emergency, call your local emergency number first. Never rely on Motogram alone.

Live location sharing is voluntary and time-limited. Think about who you are sharing with before you start.

5. Ride safe

Do not use Motogram while riding. Stop somewhere safe first. You are responsible for your own riding, for obeying traffic law, and for your own decisions on any ride you find through the app. Rides organised through Motogram are organised by riders, not by us.

6. No warranty

Motogram is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. Messages can be delayed, notifications can fail to arrive, and features can change or be withdrawn.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Motogram and its operator are not liable for accidents, injuries, losses or damages arising from use of the app, from anything another rider posts or does, or from a failure of the SOS or location features.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account, or by emailing the address below quoting your registered mobile number. We may suspend or terminate an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

9. Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top will tell you when. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
